In small saucepan, fry tortillas one at time until limp. After frying, stack on plate with paper towels to drain oil.
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl.
Spray casserole dish.
Fill each tortilla with mixture. Add shredded cheese. Roll and add to dish. When all added, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 min.
