2. Add bouillon, enchilada sauce, and Rotel. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Fill each tortilla with chicken, cheese and sauce. Place seam down in greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas.
5. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
