Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add onion and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and chilies, garlic, Camino, and salt. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally. Fry tortillas in hot oil to soften. Combine chicken and 1/2 cup sauce. Place 2 tablespoons chicken mixture in center of each tortilla and roll up. Arrange in shallow dish. Spoon sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.
