Suggest a better descriptionpreheat to 350. olive oil, S&P chicken breasts and cook for 20min. Sautee onion, pepper, and garlic in olive oil for 5-10min until onion is translucent. Add all other ingredients. Chop up chicken and add to the mix. Bring to boil and then let simmer for as long as you can.
Get out a lasagna pan and spray w/ olive oil spray. take a tortilla and put the mix inside and roll like a burrito, placing it inside the lasagna pan. Repeat until lasagna pan filled with burritos. Pour leftover sauce on top or if there is none left add salsa on top. Add grated cheese on top of this. Cover with tin foil and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Take off tin foil and bake for another 15min. Let sit for 10min before you serve.
Can also freeze as a casserole before you bake.
