Suggest a better descriptionLightly grease large baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, saute green onions, add garlic powder, then chilies, soup and yogurt. Reserve 3/4 of the sauce. Add chicken pieces and 1/2 cup of the cheese to 1/4 cup of the sauce, stif until cheese melts. Roll up in tortillas, combine remaining sauce with milk and pour over tortillas. Top with rest of the cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
