Creamy chicken fettuccine Alfredo
Prepare fettuccine noodles per instructions on package. Save 1 cup of noodle water. Heat 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil. Add chicken and brown. Remove from heat. In same pan warm 1 stick butter with heavy cream. Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and stir. Stir in chicken and fettuccine noodles. Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese. Stir well. If too thick add noodle water to thin sauce.
