Terikyi Chicken made int eh crockpot turned into fried rice.

1. Add the chicken to the crockpot with the first five ingredients plus a sprinkle of pepper. Cook on high for four hours.
2. Make minute rice.
3. In a large pan heat oil and saute the chopped onion until translucent.
4. Add the frozen vegetables and heat until cooked.
5. Move cooked onion and vegetables to the side of the pan and dump in beaten egg, cook until scrambled and incorporate with the rest of the veggies.
6. Take the chicken out of the crockpot and chop into bite-sized pieces.
7. Strain the juice left in the crockpot to get rid of excess chicken fat then re-add the chicken.
8. Mix the rice into the vegetables and add some extra soy sauce. Once mixed add the chicken and the juice.
9. Serve with a sprinkle of green onions.
