Suggest a better descriptioncut round steak into desired pieces. Bread each piece with egg and flour or cracker crumbs. Fry in a hot skillet with oil. Turn half way through cooking. When thoroughly cooked remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Meanwhile boil potatoes until soft. Drain, then mash and add butter, milk, salt and pepper. Make gravy with drippings from steak.
