A non-tomato based chicken pizza.
1. Mix together in a bowl: green onion (reserving 2 tbl for later), garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tbl olive oil, crushed red pepper, black papper.
2. Add Chicken and marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Drain chicken (reserving marinade).
4. Cook chicken in remaining 1 tbl olive oil until no longer pink.
5. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
6. Add cornstarch to reserved marinade and cook over low temperature until slightly thick and bubbly.
7. Remove from heat and add chicken, mix until thouroughly covered.
8. Top pizza crust with chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
10. Garnish with remaining 2 tbl green onions and nuts to taste.
11. Bake an additional 2 minutes.
12. Remove and let cool for a couple of minutes.
