I think the title says it all garlicky griddles chicken, just fab
Make the garlic butter mixing the butter, lemon zest, garlic and parsley.
Rub the chicken with oil and the thyme on both side, rub it in
Get a griddle pan good and hot about 2 mins. Slap the chicken on skin side down, press down and don't move it until it's well coloured, really well coloured. Then flip and cook through.
When cooked remove from the pan and sprinkle with sea salt flakes, top with the garlic butter.
Deglaze the pan with the lemon juice and a bit of water, drizzle over chicken and enjoy.
