Chicken Mozzarella
Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness and coat lightly with flour and basil. Heat oil over medium heat and cook chicken until browned on both sides. Add soup and water then reduce heat to low. Cook covered 5 minutes or until done, then top with cheese and green pepper.
