Chicken Noodle Soup
After buying a roasted chicken to eat with a different meal... I use the left over chicken meat that you pull from the bones of a roasted chicken to put in the soup.
Sauté vegetables in butter, add stock, and pepper. bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Turn heat down and add chicken and noodles, simmer 20 minutes and serve.
