Simple & yummy soup for crock pot
Stir all ingredients except noodles in crock pot. Leave chicken breast whole. Cook on low 8 hrs or more. Just before serving, remove chicken, shred and return to crock pot. Cook noodles per package directions, drain and add to soup.
