Suggest a better descriptionCook carrots, onions, and celery in olive oil until soft.
Add parsley and bay leaf.
Add chicken broth and salsa.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Cook pasta separately.
Add cooked pasta and chicken and salt as desired.
OR
Add all ingredients except pasta to slow cooker using raw chicken. Cook low 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Cook pasta separately. Remove chicken and shred. Return to soup and add cooked pasta. Garnish with parmesan cheese before serving.
