Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in large soup pot over medium heat.
Stir in Carrot, onion, celery, salt and thyme. Stir in chicken fat, onions until the onions are translucent (5-6 minutes). Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Season to taste, stir in egg noodles and cook until tender (5 minutes)
Season with cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
(I have just put all into slow cooker and simmer a few hours)
