Suggest a better descriptionChop carrots,celery,onion,and parsley. Put in bowl to add later.
On med-high bring 2cups of chicken broth to boil. Add chicken cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove chicken and set on plate to cool. Remove fat from top of broth. Add pepper,thyme,and bay leaf. Add one cup broth and water. Bring broth back to boil. Add bowl of veggies. Cook for 20 mins.
Remove bayleaves.
Add chopped chicken and noodles. Cook for 20 minutes.
Let sit and serve with french bread.
