Mix brown and wild rice together in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle both packages of onion soup mix over rice. Mix Cream of Mushroom soup and water together. Pour over rice. Place chicken in rice soup mixture. Cover and cook and 350F for 1 ½ hours. Cook uncovered 15 minutes. Serve.
