Good, simple parmaigiana
Warm up oven on 350
Beat Eggs lightly in small bowl
Dip Chicken pieces into egg and then in breadcrumbs
Brown in oil and arrange in shallow baking dish
Sprinkle with mozz cheese and 2 Tablespoons of Parm cheese
Cover with jar of ragu sauce and sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of Parm cheese over chicken
Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes
