This is a good dinner for company.
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat well, and shake off excess. Immediately saute in hot oil for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Remove and keep warm. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add wine and lemon juice, cooking until slightly reduced. Serve chicken with sauce. Good with salad, steamed veggies and french bread.
