Place the chicken/turkey in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine the gravy, soup and broth and pour over the chicken. Add the vegetables, thawed.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, milk and margarine.
Pour over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
