Suggest a better description1) season chicken
2) add 2 cups of water to pressure cooker, add chicken pieces, cook for 30 mins
3) lift chicken out and place on baking sheet.
4) turn oven broiler to broil chicken
5) pour broth in pressure cooker thru sieve. Need 3 cups of broth, add ikan powder if needed
6) add broth and rice into pressure cooker. Select rice function to cook, open and fluff with fork
7) serve chicken over rice, add chopped parsley as garnish
