Chicken Scampi
Heat butter in skillet. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Add soup, water, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with pasta.
Serving suggestions: Serve with steamed broccoli, cauliflower or with dessert - fresh peaches.
