Grilled Skewered, Marinated Chicken Breast
Soak Skewers
Cut each breast half into 6 or 8 pieces depending on size
Marinate 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hour
Skewer 5 pieces to a stick
Bread
Rest at least 1/2 hour
Cook on high 12 minutes
Rest 5 minutes - Serve
Grill should be oiled and very clean
Warm grill to Medium
Raise to high once skewers are placed on grill
do not turn for the first 6 minutes then every 2 minutes
