Suggest a better descriptionChop the Onion, Pepper, Garlic, Ginger (if using fresh Ginger), and Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of Oil in a large pan on a high heat
Add the Chicken to the pan and season with Salt and Pepper
Once cooked, remove the Chicken and place on a plate
Add another tablespoon of Oil to the pan and add the Pepper for 2 minutes
Add the Onion and cook until golden (around 4 minutes)
Reduce the heat to medium and add the Garlic, Ginger, and Chilli Flakes and cook for 1 minute
Mix the Cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water
Stir in Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, and Cornflour mixture
Remove from the heat and add the Chicken back in
