good soup - both fresh and reheated
1. add all ingredients to pot except toppings to crock pot
2. heat on high for 1 hour, then turn to low for 2-3 hours (until heated through)
3. Make tortilla strips: slice corn tortillas to size with pizza cutter. Spray with oil and salt. Heat in air fryer for about 2-3 minutes (until crispy, but not burned)
4. serve soup with toppings: shredded cheese, tortilla strips, chopped onion, avocado
5 On stovetop, heat soup through and serve with toppings as above
