Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika. Saute in 1/2 stick butter. Put chicken aside. In same skillet (do not use iron) add other half of butter and saute mushrooms. Add 2 tablespoons flour to the mushrooms, add chicken broth and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place chicken breasts in a 2-quart casserole dish, pour sauce over, cover and cook for 1 hour at 375 degrees to 400 degrees. After an hour, remove from oven and add artichoke hearts. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
