Suggest a better descriptionBoil chicken in water seasoned with garlic salt. Cool; remove meat from bones. Heat cooking oil in frypan; place tortillas, 1 at a time, in pan. Allow to puff slightly, about 2 seconds; turn. Remove from pan; drain on paper towels. Grease a 1 1/2 qt. casserole; layer tortillas, chicken, cheese, salsa, onion and soup. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake, covered, for 30 min. in 325° oven.
