You can't go wrong with panko breaded fish, and the other ingredients give it a sweet tang.
In a medium bowl add the lime juice, honey, chili powder and a few pinches of salt. In another bowl add the panko bread crumbs. Take your snapper and coat it completely in the chili lime marinade, then add the fish to the panko bread crumbs to coat. Sear the fish in a pan with oil on both sides. Depending on the thickness, it may take 3-5 minutes on each side.
