Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan
Cover bottom of pan with a layer of green chilies laid flat
Mix cheeses together
Cover chilies with layer of cheese mixture
Keep layering alternating between chilies and cheese.
Whip eggs together add flour, salt, and milk add other seasoning (pepper, cumin, etc.) to taste
Pour egg mix over chili cheese layers sprinkle cheddar and any cheese left on top
Sprinkle with paprika on top
Back 40-45 minutes until cooked all the way through
If desired sprinkle cotjia cheese on top when it is finished cooking.
