1. Spray or line crock.
2. Place cooked ground beef and onion in crock.
3. Dump tomatoes, corn, and beans into crock.
4. Add seasonings and stir well.
5. Top with frozen tots.
6. Cover and cook. LOW 4-5 hours / HIGH 2-2.5 hours.
7. Top with cheese. Cover 5-10 minutes to melt.
- Store leftovers in airtight container. (4-5 days fridge / up to 3 months freezer)
