Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat, add the onion, garlic, chillies and tomatoes. Cook the ingredients for 4-5 minutes. Sieve the cooked tomatoes into a bowl and add tabasco and seasoning to taste. Refrigerate if desired and serve. NOTES : A hot spicy sauce to accompany breaded prawns.
