Suggest a better description- Dissolve gelatin in water
- Add all ingredients but Corn Startch to dutch oven (recommend adding meat last and ensuring everything is mixed well first)
- Cook 2.5 hrs in 300 degree oven (min). I prefer lower and slower if you have the time (i.e. overnight at your lowest setting)
- After cooking remove meat
- Strain out all solids from sauce
- Add Corn Startch to sauce and reduce until thickened
- While sauce is reducing, shred the beef
- Add Beef back to sauce and toss to coat
- Top with green scallions and sesame seeds and serve
