In a jar mix vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and add catsup for color.
Season chicken with salt & pepper. Roast in oven.
Shred cabbage.
Put sesame seeds in dry pan cook till brown.
Mix all ingredients except the Almonds & Top Romen, until the last minute.
I don't use all the liquid.
