Suggest a better description1. If using the onion, heat 1 tsp of oil in a medium pot and add in the onion. Cook until softened.
2. Add garlic and cumin and continue to cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Add the beans, chipotle and vinegar if using. Taste and add salt as needed, then simmer for about 10-20 minutes until thickened.
4. Serve warm and then store the leftovers in the fridge.
