Macaroni salad with a kick!
Prepare macaroni according to the box. Drain and allow to cool.
In a blender combine: mayo, sour cream, ranch mix, chipotle, adobo sauce and milk or water. Blend to combine.
Toss macaroni, chopped vegetables and dressing together, adjusting for consistency as needed.
Chill at least 30 min before serving.
*mayo, sour cream, and milk can all be swapped with dairy free
Best flavor is the next day - might need additional mayo/sour cream/olive oil after sitting overnight.
