Suggest a better descriptionPlace your rinsed rice in a buttered ovenproof dish (1 1/2 pint volume) and sprinkle over the sugar. Heat the milk with the chocolate gently and then pour over the rice and add the cinnamon stick. Finally scatter over the butter and a little grated nutmeg.
