1. Preheat oven at 350ยบ
2. In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk until there are no lumps and set aside
3. In a large mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes), adding one egg at a time
4. Add dry mixture and beat gently until combined
5. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla on low speed to combine
6. Fold in chocolate chips, do not over mix
7. Grease a 9x5 bread loaf pan and pour in mixture, dropping on the counter a few times to eliminate air bubbles
8. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean
9. Let cool 10 minutes, serve
Dutch-processed cocoa will not work in this recipe
