Easy sweet no bake treat
1. Pour dry cake mix into a medium size heat proof bowl, microwave cake mix in 2 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval. Allow cake mix to cool completely.
2. Using medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese for 2-2 1/2 minutes on medium high speed until completely smooth.
3. Sprinkle cooled dry cake mix over the top of cream cheese. Continue to mix just until the cake mix is well incorporated.
4. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
6. Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the cheesecake dough and roll into a bal, set on cookie sheet.
7. Using a heat safe medium bowl heat almond bark in microwave in 30 second intervals stirring after each interval until completely melted.
8. Roll cheesecake bites in the melted chocolate, place coated bites on a fork and tap off excess chocolate, then gently push off for with a toothpick onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet
9. Sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles and refrigerate until chocolate is cooled and set. And serve.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days.
Freeze uncoated bites up to 2 months. Thaw-in refrigerator overnight, the coat with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
Cake mix will expand and the melted chocolate may crack if coated too soon.
