Dessert ball made with cream cheese and covered with chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Put cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for another hour. Just before serving, roll ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
