Similar to Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies, with some variations.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Beat wet ingredients in second bowl. Combine bowls. Stir in chocolate chips. One tablespoon droppings onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 9 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes and remove from pan.
I normally cook one cookie sheet worth of cookies and freeze the rest of the dough for later.
