Suggest a better description1. pre-heat oven to 200C / 400F. 2. butter the muffin pan. 3. beat the butter and the vanilla extract to a light and airy mixture. add the eggs, one at a time and beat at low speed. add 1/4 c sugar after each egg and mix well. 4. put the baking powder and salt in the milk. add immediately to the egg mix and mix shortly. fold in the flour and chocolate chips, only until flour "disappears" (it is very important not to over mix). 5. pour mix into buttered pan, fill up every "cup" to 3/4 of the content. 6. bake for 25-30 min., until muffins tern golden brown.
