Next 3 ingredients. Mix and pour on cooled crust. 2 small package instant chocolate pudding mix.
Last 2 ingredients. Mix well and pour over top of the cream cheese mixture and chill until firm. Frost using balance of 9 ounce Cool Whip. Garnish with shavings of Hershey as final layer.
