The chocolatiest, and easiest! Believe it or not, also low in calories!
1. Put chocolate and cream into a glass container
2. Microwave for 30 seconds on 50% power. Stir thoroughly and repeat for another 30 seconds or until fully smooth. Set aside.
3. Separate 4 egg whites keeping 1 egg yolk.
4. Stir 1 egg yolk into chocolate. Make sure chocolate is no warmer than body temp. If too hot, wait or place glass container in cool water bath. Don't let any water get into he chocolate.
5. Put 4 egg whites in mixer fitted with whisk.
6. Beat at high speed till soft peaks form.
7. Add sugar while beating.
8. Beat till firm but not dry.
9. Fold chocolate and egg whites together. Blend thoroughly while maintaining fluffiness.
10. Spoon into small dishes or teacups. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
