Suggest a better description1. Sift cocoa powder, quick oats, baking soda and flour into large bowl
2. Whisk butter, sugar, milk and eggs into another large bowl until sugar is fully dissolved
3. Fold wet ingredients into dry mix, making sure not to overmix
4. Preheat oven to 220 Celsius
5. Pour batter into cups and bake at 220 Celsius for 5 min
6. Then, lower oven to 180 Celsius and bake for 20 min
7. Take muffins out of oven and cool for 15 min before serving
