Combine sugar, milk and butter and cocoa in sauce pan and bring to a rolling boil. Cook exactly 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter and mix well. Add oatmeal and stir. Spoon drop on cookie sheet or pour into a 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
