Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder,and salt. In separate bowl combine coffee and cocoa. Whisk until cocoa is dissolved, then add milk and butter. Lightly beat eggs and vanilla, then add all wet ingredients to the dry and mix until a bit lumpy. Fold in the chocolate chip and let rest 5-10 min. Heat a lightly oiled griddle on med-high, portion 1/4 cup of batter on griddle and cook for 2-3 min, until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for another 2 min, until other side is browned as well. Dust with confectioners sugar and top w whipped cream.
