Snack Mix
1. Place popcorn and 1 cup peanuts in a large roasting pan set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter corn syrup water and salt. Bring to a boil over med. heat stirring occasionally.
3. Cook for 8-10 minutes until reaches 260 degrees without stirring.
4. Add cocoa vanilla and baking soda stirring to combine.
5. Working quickly pour sugar mixture over popcorn mixture, stirring until popcirn is evenly coated.
6. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
7. Immediately spread popcorn onto parchment paper to cool. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup peanuts.
8. Store in airtight container.
