Suggest a better description1. Put all the ingredients in to a pan and begin to melt using a low heat. Keep stirring gently.
2. Once the chocolate has melted and fully combined with the cream turn off the heat.
3. Leave to cool before pouring into ramekins/glasses.
4. Before serving garnish with some mint and sprinkle with icing sugar.
