Moist dark cake with slight orange bitterness.
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Lightly spray 12 cup bundt pan.
In medium bowl, combine the first six ingredients and set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until well mixed.
Stir in zucchini, orange & vanilla.
Alternatively stir in dry ingredients and milk.
Pour into bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. (Note if using convection test at 45 minutes).
Let cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes, then invert pan on plate to remove cake. Glaze while still warm.
Glaze:
In small bowl combine incing sugar, orange juice and peel and stir until smooth.
Spread on top of cake while cake is still warm.
