Oriental chicken and vgetables
In a large skillet, saute chicken strips in oil over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes. Add onion, cabbage and celery. Stir over high heat 5 minutes. Add green pepper and stir for 2 more minutes. Add bean sprouts and mushrooms Cover and let steam another 5 minutes. Remove lid and allow excess liquid to evaporate. Add soy sauce, stir well and serve over rice.
